JJLink ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use our JJLink mobile application (the "App") and our website (together, the "Services").
Current version: The App does not require you to create an account or log in. You can use the App without registering. We do not collect your name, email, or other account information in this version.
1. Scope and Data Controller
This policy applies to the JJLink VPN app (iOS) and our official website. The data controller responsible for your information is JJLink. For questions about this policy or your data, use the contact details at the end of this document.
2. Information We Collect (Current App Version — No Account)
When you use the App without an account, we may collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the service:
- Device and app information: Device type, operating system version, and app version — to ensure compatibility and security.
- Connection-related data: General connection events (e.g., that a connection was made) and approximate usage to operate the VPN and prevent abuse.
What we do NOT collect (Zero-Log policy): We do not log the content of your internet traffic, the websites you visit, your DNS queries, your real IP address after you connect through our VPN, or any data that can identify you or your online activity. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or other personally identifiable information in the current no-account version.
If we add optional or required registration in the future, we will collect only what is needed (e.g., email for account creation), will clearly ask for your consent, and will update this Privacy Policy before doing so.
Payment: The current version of the App is free. We do not process payments or collect payment data. If we introduce in-app purchases later, those will be handled by Apple (App Store), and we will update this section.
Website: If you visit our website, we may collect basic technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type) necessary for security and operation. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the limited information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the VPN service (including AI-based node selection); ensure security and prevent abuse or fraud; diagnose and fix bugs; comply with applicable laws. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.
4. Legal Basis (Where Applicable)
We process data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, service improvement), and legal obligations. Where consent is required by law, we will obtain it before processing.
5. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary. We do not keep long-term logs of your activity.
6. Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your information. We may share minimal data only with service providers (under strict confidentiality) and when required by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint. Contact us at support@zfualink.com to exercise these rights.
California residents: We do not sell personal information. You may have additional rights under the CCPA; contact us to exercise them.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 13 (or higher age where required). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. We cannot guarantee absolute security and will notify you of data breaches where required by law.
10. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in other countries. Where required (e.g., GDPR), we ensure appropriate safeguards.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
